Founded in 2021 by certified dog trainer Jose, our mission is simple: to help dogs and their humans build stronger, happier relationships through clear communication, consistency, and trust.

My love for dogs began at an early age and grew into a lifelong passion. Before launching Training Paws 305, I gained hands-on experience at a dog care facility, where I closely observed how dogs interact, learn, and communicate in group settings. It quickly became clear to me that successful training isn’t just about teaching commands—it’s about understanding behavior and bridging the gap between dog and owner.

To turn that passion into expertise, I earned my dog trainer certification from a respected private institution and further honed my skills working alongside a professional K9 training company. One of the most impactful parts of my journey was being mentored by a master trainer with over 20 years of experience—an opportunity that shaped both my methods and mindset.
